Trip to Utah & Happy 4th of July

We just got home today from our week long trip to Utah. It was so much fun, but now we have to take a day to relax because it was so exhausting. Here are a couple of pictures. Sorry there are so many! I just couldn't narrow it down anymore.
Here we are with Jake's grandparents, Jack and Pat, in Bountiful. Tons of great food and fun games! Kennedy loved their stairs.
Jake and his grandpa made this cake together. If you look close you can see JW(Jack Wait) and JS(Jake Sherrill) carved in the cake. It's called Strawberry Volcano cake. One of Jake' favorites!
Jake and Kennedy at the reflection pool on temple square. They are so cute!
This is my grandpa(my mom's dad). We got to see him a couple times while we were there. He had a great time playing with Kennedy and talking to Jake about his hunting and fishing. He's not much of a smiler though.

My mom introduced Kennedy to Creamies(for those of you who don't know what they are, they are really good ice cream bars that are made in Utah). She LOVED them! We just gave it to her and let her go at it!

Here she is dripping it all over the dog! They both had to get washed off by the hose.

Naked and sitting with Grandma! They were so cute! Every time my mom would eat something, Kennedy would go up to her like a little puppy and wait for her to feed her some! :)

This is my friend Michelle's daughter(somehow I didn't get any pictures of me and Michelle). Hallie and Kennedy had a great time riding around the neighborhood in a wagon. Thanks Wayne for taking them!

4th of July at the parade in Tooele. Kennedy wouldn't even look at the camera because she was so fixated on the parade.

All of us in our red, white, and blue!

Daddy and daughter, and once again Kennedy was watching the parade.

Four generations, Kennedy, me, my mom, and her dad.

That sounds like so much fun! Kennedy is so precious. I can't wait for her to become a true "Foster." We miss you guys so much, and I am in desperate need of some time with my bff.

Camille and Jake

thank you so much for coming up to see me -- I loved having time with you and Kennedy -- I loved having time with my own little girl who has grown up to be so lovely, even if she is still scared of spiders! Jake, you are such a good man -- thanks for putting up with inconveniences and spontaneous plans -- I just love you all so much!!
Thanksgiving seems a long time away but we will have a great time when you come!

love
