Finally we have something fun to blog about. This past week we spent in Kauai! Jake's mom and brother live there so we were able to vacation and visit family at the same time, PERFECT! Our friends, The Stratton Family, tagged along and we had a great time.
On the plane flying to Hawaii, Kennedy was not excited at all. She had no idea how much fun she was going to have!

First stop, PUKA DOG! We went straight from the airport to get our favorite hot dogs! They are pretty much amazing and I could really eat them every day.
Beach time! Little did we know that 2 days in a row Kennedy got sun screen in her eyes and did not really want to play outside! Poor baby! Please excuse my camera, I must of had it on a bad setting for outside!
The girls at the pool, their favorite spot! The arm floaties were life savers for the week. They had a blast!
This was the best part of the trip. The girls would just go up and down this slide 20 times everyday! People could not believe that these 20 month old girls could do this on their own! They LOVED it though. "More slides!"Happy Little Girl!

There was a big coi fish pond at our resort and we happened to get outside one morning just in time to feed the fish!
We did a lot of drive and sightseeing and the girls were so good hanging out in the car. Here is Kennedy with "two binkies" and upside down sunglasses.
Kennedy and Daddy! We had soooooo much fun and loved just spending the week together relaxing! We will be back again soon, maybe even to stay! haha jk! I wish!

Those hula pictures of the girls are so cute! I am framing that picture of Jake and Kennedy on the plane. Classic. Wish we could have coordinated our time there so we could have seen you guys, but I am so excited to be seeing you soon. And BTW CONGRATS on you know what...
PLEASE go back and stay! That would be a WAY easier trip! I am so glad you had a good time on your trip! It looked really fun. P.S. I almost died when i saw Kennedy's curly cue hair! It's soo long now! Man...I miss you! Pleaseeeee move to Kauai pleeeaasseeeeeee

It WAS so fun to have you guys there for the last week of Kauai!! Thanks for keeping me distracted and helping clean the apt!! Really made it a good week to have you there and swimming and hanging out at the resort!
